MPRI has implemented a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) program for any product that needs repair or replacement after technical support has attempted to correct the issue. This program documents item serial numbers for statistical analysis to improve future products.

To utilize this program, please contact our customer service department to request an RMA number. Or you may choose to utilize our online RMA Request Form. If your product is under warranty, MPRI will repair or replace and return the product to the original purchaser, free of charge, if defective in material or workmanship. If your product is no longer under warranty or requires repair not covered by the limited warranty, you may deliver the product to MPRI, together with a $25.00 non-refundable fee, for examination. Our customer service department will notify you of any necessary repairs to the product which MPRI will perform for an additional charge of $50.00 per hour with your authorization. Your initial $25.00 non-refundable fee will be credited to the cost of such repair or purchase of new product.
