190 Personal Marksmanship Training System

Using laser technology, the 190-1 Personal Marksmanship Training System (PMTS) is a completely mobile marksmanship single-target training system that allows shooters interested in becoming more proficient with their own firearms to do so from any computer- accessible location (computer not included). This system is packed in its own hard plastic carrying case with 12 foot (3.7 meter) USB cable connection, laser detection device (LDD) and bracket, laser, software, instruction manual, and scaled target set.
  • The LS-101 Laser has both pulse and constant ON modes and is adjustable so the point of impact equals the point of aim. The included rods will accommodate firearms in all calibers from .22 to.45. This laser requires 3 L1154 1.5V batteries for operation. By inserting the laser/rod assembly into the firearm and dry firing at the targets, the laser detection device sends immediate feedback to the computer via a USB connection. The target registers the location of laser hits and the 190 software reports the user’s session performance.
  • The target records all shot data which can then can be saved to any commonly used storage media for later review. Data (such as time, score, shot group center of mass, and dispersion) is shown on the target. Targets may be printed by either a local or network printer. Each shot on the target is numbered and data is displayed by numbered shots. The system is also capable of timed sessions.
  • The 190 PMTS is ideal not only for novice shooters gaining the basic skills of marksmanship but also for competitive shooters building muscle memory and fine tuning advanced marksmanship skills. The cost of ammunition plus time and expense of going to the range for live-fire is saved.

Using laser technology, the 190-3 Personal Marksmanship Training System (PMTS) is a completely mobile marksmanship single-target training system that allows shooters interested in becoming more proficient with their own firearms to do so from any computer- accessible location (computer not included). This system is packed in its own hard plastic carrying case with 12 foot (3.7 meter) USB cable connection, laser detection device (LDD) and bracket, laser, software, instruction manual, and scaled target set.
  • The LTX-Z Laser, included in the 190-3 PMTS, is preferred by many law enforcement agencies and security forces, as the laser allows the gun to be placed and drawn from the holster before firing and is ideal for firearms presentation drills. The LTX-Z is fabricated from Delrin® acetal resin to protect the rifling of the barrel. By inserting the laser into the firearm and dry firing at the targets, the laser detection device sends immediate feedback to the computer via a USB connection. The target registers the location of laser hits and the 190 software reports the user’s session performance.
